Hola amigos, it is nice and warm here, we will have new years dinner later then watch jools holland and snack on a cheese board, then when it is 12 we will watch the fireworks from the balcony and have some wine. I got the haribos ready

Chilling out.

I'm cooking a Shepards Pie today (eat tomorrow), takes 6 hours in total, then when that's done I'm going to knock up a veal chop, shrooms, green beans and a few fries.

It's the sofa for me tonight.

To be in bed by 10pm, and sleep through stoke on trents annual bombardment that could rival the USAF 'shock and awe'

I've decided I'm going to make a den in my living room later once the kid has gone out.

It's going to be ace.

First hour is getting untangled from the sheep. Both sheep and man carry their winter coat this time of year and it can be like industrial velcro.

This pie starts off with a leg of lamb roasted for 4 hours
