I suffer pain to both physically and mentally and self hate so I know it's hard ,, can you message me privately and we can talk. |

116 123 is the number for the Samaritans on this number bud, Your obviously needing to get something off your chest and these guys are pros. It's good to talk and a problem shared is one halved and all that.  |

speak to someone! if things are that shitty for you at the moment talk to friends, family or call a helpline (Samaritans can be great!) !! I am not sure us lot here can help you as much as we would like to! |
