A serious question, has anyone experienced Aching balls while driving or sitting. It's not all the time just when driving or sitting for long periods?

Yes, went to the doctor's to get it checked out and turned out to be a varicose vein. Get yourself checked out by a professional rather than checking with the internet

. Only ever get this horrible condition ( plus a stomach ache) when in dire need of an unload of said balls

A friend used to get this and was fully checked. For him it just required a change of underwear and advice to stand up and move around more.

Only when I've been really horny for a prolonged period and not cum. Then I have to go through the self unloading procedure and after a short while the aching guess away

Seriously it may well be just squashed balls but it's always more important to err on the safe side.

I had intermittent aches and pains I mine, I finally went to the Drs 3 months later. I had to see a specialist, and was told I had cancer.

If you value what you have at the moment, go get checked, it could be nothing. Better to be safe, than sorry.
