Well all the excitement is over and now I'm in the after Xmas lull! Not back at work until January and bored. Anyone else feeling that way?
Plus I've eaten all the ham and turkey and can't be arsed to go shopping. |

My brain has turned to mush, I've lost touch with time & reality since my daily schedule & routines went out the window.
Today I turned up at 11am for a work meeting, that was actually at 1pm (why can't people use 24hr clock it's so much easier lol)
I've been convinced all week I'm going out Friday & it's actually Saturday.
I just want routine back, now please x |

I quite like these days. I do practically nothing, sit for hours at the kitchen table doing sudoku and crosswords in the paper, watch daft telly, read and spend way too much time on fab. I ate half a large bag of crisps yesterday afternoon which is probably more than my crisp total for all of the previous months .
S'lovely. |

I'm still happy though my body clock still gets me up early as if I was at work.
We went to the Pantomime yesterday, had family visiting today, cinema tomorrow and maybe the zoo at the weekend and the house is still full of food so no need to go grocery shopping just yet. I just have loads of chocolate that needs to find a new home!!

Nah. We just get back to work. December 26, and we were both at our desks. We're going to work until January 4, then fuck off for a holiday in Germany. No lull necessary |

"I am quite enjoying it
Not moved out the house today apart from walking the dog
Made myself pie & mash and now full length on sofa with said dog "

It’s the only time of year I have no work I embrace lazy days combined with housework days and of course the odd afternoon In the pub , oh and a lil bit of packing before my backpacking adventure begins in the 3rd , use the time for whatever suits you best |
