"I hate mine - half the texts I type come out with the wrong bloody word - can be embarrassing "
My idiot phone puts the word I want first in the list, most of the time. Then, in the middle every now and then.
I hate it. |

"My new phone. I hate it.
I REALLY FUCKING HATE IT!!
Getting used to mine too, iPhone to Samsung, what's up?"
Microsoft phone to Samsung.
I've realised that Samsung is for people who like taking selfies. It's not a serious phone. |

What I'm finding really annoying is that stupid "add to dictionary or delete" box that recently started in here. It serves no purpose apart from creating extra "steps" in altering spelling mistakes.
Or yeah, if you hate your phone revert back to your old one then! |

Oh I love it! The camera is amazing, granted but so is everything else. There's plenty of Microsoft stuffs on there to familiarise yourself with your old windows. Have a look into the YouTube tutorials, they've helped e loads since there's no guide book, grrr! Persevere, they're good phones. |

I must have dropped my old phone 100 times and never cracked the screen. |

turn off "auto replace" in settingslanguage and input
its a bit of a fuckwit function that messes with your spelling.
it auto adds a word when you try to ammend a mistake.. example, if i want to type fuckwit but instead type "fuckwir", as soon as i go back to correct it by removing the r and replacing with a t it would then add "the" to the end making "fuckwithe"..
auto replace is that fuckwit, turn it off before it fucks up your dictionary with less than hilarious results.... |

I'm going to try that.
I was spoilt with my old phone; it practically wrote my sentences for me. Maybe this phone just needs a little more time to learn though. |

Loved my windows Nokia 620, easiest phone I ever used, thought iPhone to Samsung was a jump! I do now really feel and understand where you're coming from.

goto language and inputs
under keyboards and input methods it will probably say "Samsung keyboard", tap on that and "auto replace" is there. go into it and turn on, you can also set a language for your spell check while in that setting as it doesn't as a default have it set. |

They are a grown up's phone, but, the update to Windows 10 didn't go well and they are way behind on the apps front. |

Only word and email. I like the simplicity of the Microsoft phone. I rarely listen to music on my phone, don't stream television, or take many photos. |

Can get word and outlook apps for android. I see where your coming from with the ease of use of windows. To me it just seemed drab and restrictive. |

Are you stuck on a 2 year plan with them?
I would look into getting rid of all the useless apps that both samsung and ee slap on at the very least. |
