What would it be?
I see lots of posts from single straight guys frustrated that they receive unwanted views, winks and messages from gay/bi guys, so I guess the ability to filter gay/bi would be appreciated by many of our single straight male posters.
But what about everyone else? What would you like to be able to filter out? |

I often look at random profiles, because they post in the forums, have a nice picture etc.
The problem for the straight man who is upset by gay/bi views, is fab-straight guys have blurred the line. Also, you can block messages from single men, so is a view really that bad?
I'd like to block those who have profiles which say 'will fuck for drugs / clothes / favours'
It's not quite prostitution but a barter system instead. |

Well they have the ability to block singles guys...gay, straight or otherwise.
But one assumes if they don’t want messages from gay/bi guys the same would apply to straight. |

Yeah I know you can search, but it doesn't stop the 90% of messages I get from those racial groups |

Which couples can do, then only men that they have messaged are able to contact them. |

Most knew what you meant I think. There's a lot of chaps on the forum I would happily chat with in a banter sense. But due to previous spam of offers to suck me dry and indeed abuse I have taken the option to block all guys. I message carefully those who I know well from the forum on the odd occasion. |

You can filter what category of member you are looking for.
Or do you mean filter out those who are not looking for your category / age?

Filter out those with cock pics as profile pics.
Messages should at least be a sentence.
Filter out the ‘fancy a fuck’, ‘I’m in your area’, I have a hotel’, etc messages
I’d filter out BBC as it’s not my thing. |

Agree with this. When I joined I put a block on all men due to the fact I was getting winks/messages off gay/bi men. Which is a shame as there are a few funny guys on the forums who you can hold a discussion with that is best kept off the forums.
I recently removed filters and it's back to the same old, same old with gay & bi guys messaging and winking. Easy enough for me to block them if they're really stupid enough to think they're going to turn me. |

I'm not sure as my friends are so mixed that excluding by people I may be sexually compatible with would stop other types of relationships starting and developing.
I'd probably still plump for having too many incompatible sexual requests to ensure that I stay open to most, if not all people. |

I am contemplating opening up my filters as a new years type thing. Have not committed to it yet though. I am scared |

Just to clear up any confusion as to what is or is not available for single guys to block:
Females (can mail you) Block them
Males (blocked) Allow them
MF Couples (male, female) (can mail you) Block them
TV/TS/CD (blocked) Allow them
FF Couples (two females) (blocked) Allow them
MM Couples (two males) (blocked) Allow them
I presume that couples have the same blocks available as well. |
