Hi peeps.
I've recently become addicted to taking the head off of my shower and inserting the end of the pipe to rinse me out and feel the water go further inside.
Is anyone else into this?
Any advise?

I just take off the shower head, run the water and then place the running water against my bumhole. I've never received anal and it's a very tight hole, but the water starts to open my hole and allows the shower head to follow.

It's perfectly safe to give enemas with tap water in this country. We put tape water in our mouths, there's nothing wrong with putting it in our butts. |

I have done this before, I just made sure the pressure was low and I didn't actually insert the hose just let the pressure fill me up.

I bought a shower enema kit. Just unscrew the shower head and screw on the enema nozel. I use low pressure as it doesn’t reach up inside me too much. If the water fills all the way up your intestine watch out. What goes in will come out and bring whatever else it can find. I use a good antiseptic spray I got and always clean before it before and after and also bleach and disenfect the bath afterwards. It’s a necessity for me to cleanse due to my nature.
As I said if you do do it. Don’t put it on full pressure you will damage yourself and watch out for when you take in too much water. Temperature wise warm is sufficient. Cold water can be a bit of a shock to that part |

Yes we do this on a regular basis, but use a special shower attachment that regulates the water pressure. Also we take probiotics to balance our natural flora, we wouldn't do a meet without doing this first. |

Yes it's unhygienic, we have a three way valve fitted so the enema tube is dedicated to only one valve so you still have the overhead shower and a handheld one as well. |
