"Just having some down time in my room. Music that's not Christmassy, clean and pink from the bath, a drink on hand and the chance for a snooze. How do you get time to yourself on the big day?"
I went to the gym this morning |

"I went for a run this morning, will take the doggo for a little walk later, then back to the gin
D*unken doggie dawdles are always good "
Unless it's with a massive German Shepherd who tries to goose every other dog walker he sees! |

I'm off to my brother in a bit, I was going to have a drink but I think I shall pop in for for short time then come home to snuggle in peace
Or just snuggle down with some bubbly and not go out at all.

Haha, I know what you mean. I've raised 3 generations of Border Collies and they have known how to behave off the lead. Some owners think it's ok to let their dogs just run wild on a park and just "be friendly".
I once had to do a runner from a Springer Spaniel who thought I was fair game |

We keep our German Shepherd on the lead if there are any other dogs around as he likes to play. He is ninety pounds and very tall and has no manners. I like to walk him where I can see for miles around. Beaches are good for this. That way he can spend some time off the lead whilst I become the human periscope, continually scanning round for other pooches. |
