Road riding but on a hybrid bike. Once I get used to clipping and if I get a place in ride London I'll look at getting a road bike on the bike to work scheme.

I'm fat - it's a fact but the reason I don't really like the word as an adjective is because it's often tagged with another negative adjective to create an insult... fat pig, fat lazy, fat ugly, fat useless, fat smelly etc. It's so ingrained now that the word 'fat' is strongly linked to those derogatory terms.

You never hear of someone being called a 'slim lazy cow' or a 'slim ugly b*tch' do you?

So whilst it's an accurate description of a body type, it's not one I use to describe myself - especially on a swingers site where you're trying to promote a positive image in order to attract others.

I don't describe myself as a BBW though (although I have no objection to anyone using it if that's how they choose to describe themselves) but I prefer a less harsh description for myself... such as 'larger lady' or 'has lots of wobbly bits'. It's more fun and less brutal than 'fat'.

I have no problem describing myself as fat, because I am. I still believe I can be sexy with it. But when I call myself fat usually I get them saying "no you're not, don't be down on yourself"... when clearly I am fat! And notactually down on myself. So obviously others find a negative to the word. Now I usually say I am a larger or bigger lady. Or just state my dress size and be done with it. Hope you find all the fat girls you can handle OP
