What word do you deem should be censored from our eyes?
I don't think any word should be banned, but since ive started down this slippery slope let's make a list of words to be banned .....

such as Fu****g or Dirty
especially as the bigots around my area didnt know that sikhs were from india and not pakistan |

Depends on your point of view. Are you speaking with fondness of the pre-1947 glory days of the Raj, where the Punjab, the birthplace of Sikhism, was a mere dominion, just part of the British Empire in India?
Or are you more for the Partition-era lines on the map, which saw the Punjab become one of Pakistan's most densely populated areas, making it one of the tinderboxes which may well ignite the next global conflict?
Either way, you aren't that superior to the bigots, at least they make no distinction between everyone from that part of the world (even if they are wholly wrong on a greater scale, of course).
It was people seeing things in such a simplistic fashion as :"Sikhs are from India, not Pakistan" which resulted in millions of people uprooted in both East and West Punjab (or India and Pakistan, if you like), riots, genocidal massacres, and the continued tensions in the region.
Perhaps it was better when we ruled the lot of 'em?

Well, I have a silver coloured car and a white coloured house. My Grandson coloured in a picture of a bus (he really did!) It is a really good word and is English.

Ridiculous word used to describe people...I was on a diversity/equal/opps/ethnic aware course once...anyone who has been on one of these charades will understand that the delegates always seem to try their hardest to use the most correct term they think possible..
Cut to the complete annoying over use of the word 'coloured'...
Except by me, who being a bit of a maverick, chose the word 'black' (shock horror!!!!!ban the Nazi fascist racist scum!!)
Cue nervous hand wringing, adjusting of clothes, flushed faces and general discomfort by the other delegates..
The old twat opposite me said 'er I think you mean coloureds?'
The conversation went...
Me:'no, I mean blacks'
PC Twat:- laughed nervously (as there was a black guy sitting next to him grinning at me and winking! lol) and said...yes but they are coloured...coloured people.
Me: No they are blacks..or brown if you want to split hairs..and prefer to be called blacks'
PC Twat:- You cant call them that though.
Big black bloke next to him:- Why not?
PC Twat:- Well, er..its..well, you know, its not...erm
Big black bloke (now laughing) Racist?..
Cue, smiles all round!
I then went to tell the story of the woman on Southwark Council who nearly lost her job after referring to black people as 'coloured' at a union meeting about ten years ago..
After that the term black was widely accepted and everyone relaxed a little!!
The only people who refer to black people as 'coloureds' are white..
