Place the elderly in prisons. They will get a shower a day video surveillance in case of problems, three meals a day, access to a library, computer, TV, gym ... Put criminals in nursing homes. They have cold meals lights off at 20h, one bath a week, live in a smaller room and pay £ 2,000 a month !!! |

I appreciate the sentiment behind it,,,,
But maybe not the best thought out plan though!!
Ergo
Max prison population around 90,000 ….
Present UK pensioner population about 11 million of which approximately 453,000 are in care homes
Amount of criminals who are also Pensioners?
And of course not taking into account how would the criminals find the money to pay £2000 a month….
Hmmmm, It seems to have a few basic flaws this plan……
oh well, back to reality!!!!! |
