I only live about a 10 min walk away, but have never been on a Thursday. Just turn up early, introduce yourself and if you explain that it's your first time, then either Ron or one of the staff will give you a guided tour and let you know the etiquette. Just be yourself, without being pushy, talk to people and relax.
