Also spare a thought for delivery company staff too.
I work in the office of a large parcel courier company. All our warehouse staff, drivers and admin staff, are working incredibly long hours to try and get everything delivered in time for Christmas. We’re trying our hardest but you WILL have a long wait to talk to us on the phone. Please don’t shout at us in the call centre because 300 other people are in the queue to speak to an operator too and you waited half an hour. Please don’t shout at us because you ordered your child’s Christmas present from the retailer yesterday and we haven’t delivered it yet today and it’s already lunchtime. Believe it or not, it’s not our fault that your parcel from overseas has been intercepted by customs and won’t arrive in time for Christmas. Please don’t swear at us or become abusive. We don’t enjoy having to hang up on you but we will do if we have to!
Thank god the countdown is on........only 3 more days of hell to endure |

"Taff we're grownups I don't think we need reminding to use our manners
Some people don't know what manners and common courtesy are. "
Very true, but then it's no use telling those people is it as they don’t use them anyway |

Sadly many do need reminding!"
Yes,but my point is if someone is a complete arse in the first place and doesn't use their manners, then reminding them is just going to fall on deaf ears.
It must be incredibly frustrating for people that work in retail,I'm not sure I could do it without getting the sack! |

You're correct in what you say, however as the saying goes " you're never to old to learn."
Although most who don't use them never will. |
