Not exactly as it says, but I just made a sorbet which I plan to have in the bottom of the glasses of prosecco served on Christmas Day. They have been frozen in ice cube trays and hopefully will turn out.
It's a blueberry, strawberry and passionfruit sorbet.
What have you got planned for Christmas? |

No, just lashings of salt n vinegar. Couple of slices of bread and butter as a side dish.
Followed by a cupcake for dessert, washed down with a couple of pints of Guinness. |
