Christmas is a time for mixed emotions for so many of us.
We enjoy Christmas Day itself, and some of the run up to it such as children's nativity plays, Christmas pantomimes etc.
We don't enjoy how stressed it seems to make everyone. |

"It's only 2-3 days I'm sure you can cope "
Make sure you've got enough food in, shops will be closed for, erm a day! in the case of my little town, half a day! |

"it start in september and goes on and on and on "
Only if you watch telly, use facebook/social media, read magazines and papers or go into town/shops. Avoid these and you avoid the hype it's pretty easy not to get drawn into it all |
