They just can't think of anything original anymore . That or its just a cheap program to make . They will just interview a few Z list celebs and that's it

Mainstream Buscuit - The Jammy Dodger

Not so mainstream - Tesco Latte Caramel Cookies

3rd and final shout: Lidl Fresh Chocolate Chip Cookie

Sorry if I have complicated the voting process OP it was never my intention but I'm a deep person and take food seriously and you can't go fucking around with Buscuit willy nilly

Britain's favourite biscuit?

I'm setting that to record. If the Custard Cream doesn't come out as number 1, I'm going to be writing a strongly worded letter of complaint

Good question . I think if I had to choose it has to be a Jammy Dodger just defeating a Custard Cream by a nose

I don't think there is enough biscuit based programming on terrestrial TV. Yes if you go hunting about on cable and online you can find some great documetary work covering things like Garibaldi, Ginger Snaps etc etc but I want it more mainstream.

Well done Channel Five!

If it's Jammy Dodger it can't be one that's fucked with. Has to be the original with none of your fancy shit or cheap ass make either.

Two packs for £1 in Morrisons or mix it up and swap x1 pack for 'Tofo's' or whatever they are called

In order to avoid any confusion follow this simple rule: on prolonged exposure to air a biscuit goes soft and a cake goes hard.

That's a great point you make.

The cookies I mention in my opening offering are quite hard when opened. It's a big no no but they make for a superb dunk into a milky, creamy, frothy Hot Chocolate.

Cookies are a bit of a conundrum depending on whether you think they should be hard or soft to begin with.

Thanks goodness nobody has mentioned those evil things called Jaffa Cakes. They do not belong in the biscuit aisle. They are cakes, as per the name

Haven't looked and won't do either but I bet there's a "Christmas" version of all this year's popular programmes, bake off that sort of thing.
