First Xmas party tonight in new job most off staff are in 30s and most are female. should I wear suit or casual ? All ideas welcome. Thanks

I’d go casual suit no tie.

Last time I went full national dress (I.e.) in a kilt that was a disaster. Really felt like a piece of meet!
