I used to work in boozers, and by the 25th I'd be ready to string Noddy Holder up alongside his fucking stockings on the wall. These days I'm well up for a bit of festive booty-shaking. I do prefer the old crooners to the likes of Wizzard and Wham, mind you. |

The thing is they actually made some belting Xmas choons back in the day. Keep hearing that God awful Sia song ATM, when the fuck did she bring that monstrosity out?!  |

It's the inability of people in this country to move forwards or create anything new
Every sector is stagnant and that's indicative of a nation of shop keepers and civil servants - yesterday, today and tomorrow are all the same and that's what's peddled to us.
You will enjoy Christmas as it's forced down your throat whether you like it or not.

I have to agree with you especially when it seems that xmas has been thrust in our faces,so to speak, since July!! |

Was saying the same today at work..not that they aren't good ones as they've obvs stood the test of time. Maybe they just don't write like they used to and can't come up with anything as good.
