So around 3 months back I started a workout program from the body coach. After 90 days I managed to shift 6kg(13lbs), just shy of a stone. Body shape changed for the better and according to a personal trainer I spoke to about 4kg fat loss and 2kg muscle gain away from my target. Should take around 2 months to get there. I have taken some before and after snaps of my progress so far if anyone wants to see. Has anyone else had some major success with the program or any other fitness/diet programs? |

Firstly well done.
I am doing a new thing called man vs fat football, it’s a FA recognised league, for 14 weeks at a time, each week we have to weigh in prior to a 30 minute 6aside football match. Each league is made up of 10 or 8 teams, usually 10/11 blokes in each team. And the weight loss will count towards final scores, so you could win 3-0 on the pitch but end up losing 11-8 overall when the weight loss bonuses are added in.
Each team sets up what's app groups so you can all help each other.
Since I started I have lost 12kgs and plenty of inches off my waist. Now into my second season and still losing plenty. So well happy with this.
