Creatine vs BCAA or Both?

For those that are into taking supplements for muscle growth and recovery, which one would you recommend?

I’ve gone for an all-in-one Whey Protein Powder (with added 5g of Creapure) and powdered BCAA.

I already eat eggs, fish, chicken, spinach, broccoli etc as part of my diet but want extra gains in the gym.

Is one better than the other or do you take both as part of diet plan?

Alternatively is there another supplement you’d recommend?

You need to see which works for you buddy I never saw anything with creatine whereas my buddy swore by it and you also have to make sure you don’t overdo it you can take too much I find a really well balanced diet and working beast mode at the gym does it for me I’ve come away from supplements in recent years unless I need a quick fix or for ease.

Creatine can help if you don't eat a lot of meat, branch chains are pretty pointless seemingly. I stopped taking all supplements a year or so ago and made at least as much if not more progress than previous years.

Generally most supplements are snake oil.
