I think you should be allowed either after a certain time or perhaps when it's dark.

People that park anywhere they're not supposed to

Deploy rocket launchers!

Except for people that drive certain well known makes of car that are exempt from the restrictions in place for the rest of us

No, there should be a little moving floor at the top that jet propels them forward out of the way.

Why do they put the parent and child spaces near to the entrance? I can understand with disabled but not the P&C ones. Can't kids walk?

If you see them return to their car, ask them if they've forgotten something. When they ask what, just say "Your child?"

Near the River

Don’t be over sensitive! They have an absolute right to park where they please, across 2 or 3 spaces - if they drive a Range Rover or similar sized SUV

Just because they have grown up and have kids of their own, they are still "their" kids....pmsl

So that kids don't have to take the risk of walking through a busy carpark. And that parents with a pile of shopping don't have to struggle with it whilst trying to keep hold of their kids.

In bigger supermarket carparks they will not necessarily be close to the entrance, but next to a walkway or crossing point for the same reason.

It's not the distance, it's the ability to fully open the doors to get car seats in and out

These are mainly for heavily pregnant woman or for people with babies in car seat carriers etc so they can open the door wide enough, a woman who's just had a baby shouldn't carry heavy loads etc a baby seat isn't exactly light and these people infuriate me!! I have a 10 and 5 year old but won't use these spaces anymore as they are capable of walking safely sorry rant over haha

When people become parents themselves, they'll understand the reason why you need the extra room. My children are 9 and 11 now, and I don't use the 'Parent and child' spaces anymore.

Actually that's a good point. Elderly people may need more space to get in and out of cars but don't have a blue badge for disabled spaces.
