Tell your friend not to worry! Tell them to check out how much sugar is in some of the cereals and stuff that goes on toast. That should put their minds at rest. Hope that helps "your friend" banish any guilt they may have been feeling.

Hmmm the jury is still out... Maybe lie out on the kitchen table, rub it all over you and see if your partner is happy to have it for breakfast off you. That's a good yardstick surely?

If they say, no thanks it's abit early for me; definitely not breakfast food :p
