For all intents and purposes vast swathes of the American mid west, North west and west coast already are, because they are still only getting the same download speeds we were getting under dial up modems in the early 2000's.
For all of Trumps shouting and pontificating, maybe he should get up off of his polished arse and look after his own people before starting yet another war in the middle east. |
