So what beer, wines or spirits do you get in or consume elsewhere, that you don't bother with during the rest of the year?
I only ever drink spirits at Xmas and usually get a bottle or 2 of JD, some Dark Rum, Sambuca, Vodka and a few different wines |

Me and my brother in law generally look for the biggest bottle of JD we can find and make our way through that on Christmas, I don't generally drink it any other time of the year ha |

Always make our own sloe gin to give as Christmas presents and of course for ourselves. I like a Bailey's and a nice gin as well at Christmas. Most of the year I'm a real ale or red wine kind of guy |

"I don't really drink but always have booze here, I'll top up the Jacks, Jacks Honey and Kopperburgs
Yeah, I bought the Honey one yesterday from Sainsburys, only £15 "
I keep mine in the fridge and use 'Granite Ice Cubes' as it's horrible if ice melts and dilutes it |

Baileys is the only thing we have at xmas, everything else we drink plenty of all year round! Apart from wine, we don't bother with it, just ale and rum.....and whiskey....... and brandy.....and gin.... and a new liver for xmas please |

"I just replenish stocks of whatever is low. I usually get some additional beer & ciders for visitors.
I am partial to a nice cold glass of cider "
I only enjoy the odd flavoured one really. More a summer drink for me. Although I did enjoy the odd Toffee Apple cider at Halloween |

Ha, I remember arm wrestling ma auntie over a bottle of Baileys on ma 21st birthday "
Never had any decent results with home brew so gave up fairly quickly.
Who won the arm wrestle? |

I learned how to do home brew from ma dad, he made his own wine and sherry as well from scratch, non of the kits that you can get these days
Of course ma auntie won, I think she let me have a glass of it afterwards |
