Who wants it to snow?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Apparently it's going to snow tonight. I really hope so. I want tons of the stuff. I don't have to drive anywhere and the children would be over the moon. Just wondering what everyone else wants. Seems to me, people only dislike snow if they have to drive in it. Am I right? |

No thanks.
That would mean I've got to take the kids out and build a snowman and have snowball fights and go sledding and...
Actually if I could get snowed in and not have to go to work, that would be nice. |

I don't mind snow. However my parents are very elderly and can't go out if it's slippery underfoot, or if they do it worries me sick. Driving isn't nice and anyone who works outdoors has a tough time if its freezing.
On balance its better if it doesn't snow in my opinion. |

Usually I would love it to snow but I have a big event on Saturday at work and I NEED people to come through the door and spend their money!! Plus I have so much running around to do tomorrow for it, this is just one time I am praying it doesn’t, it can snow Saturday night!

No I don’t want it to snow. I struggle walking upright at the best of times. And I can’t stay indoors tomorrow neither. Plus mr has got to drive to Blackburn either Saturday or Sunday morning x |

"I haven't seen any snow for 6 years "
Same here. It tries but doesn't settle because of wet ground or we just get a few flakes. I remember years ago it snowed every winter. A couple of feet sometimes in places. My children are so jealous of my childhood snow. |

My reason for not wanting snow is yes I hate driving in it
It puts me on edge and dread any accidents
Can’t just ring in sick because of the weather but will have to put up with it
Hopefully it might bypass Rotherham

"I feel conned.
Was hoping to wake up to at least a couple of inches.
Haha.
I wanted it to be real deep,....we all can't have everything can we? "
It helps if you have more than a couple of inches |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |
Love the snow, really don't mind driving in it either.
Just in the process of changing over from front wheel drive to rear wheel and I have no idea how this vehicle will handle the white stuff. |

I have to travel today and tomorrow so I don't want snow. However, I'm taking my children to see Santa on Sunday so it would be magical if it snowed then. |

There was a light dusting of frozen snow on the car this morning when I left for work at 6am. More threatened for Sunday so I will swap cars around and bring the front wheel drive one for Saturday and Sunday. I'm off work then until Friday night so it can do what it wants from Sunday evening. |
