Have you ever gone back to your car to find a note on the screen from an annonamous admirer saying how they saw you across the carpark and thought mmm that's nice and decided to take a chance and leave their number hoping you was single ?this happened to a lady friend of mine yesterday so was wondering if any other ladies had encountered this or indeed if any men had done this |

Ironic really as I was parked parralel to the curb and the car In front whom I presume it originated from as there was a pile of post it's on the drivers seat had it's back end in the road and front wheel on the curb. |

"The only notes I get on my windscreen are parking tickets! "
I got one just yesterday, fucking furious. I forgot to display my ticket after paying like a tit.
Need to appeal it but that's the second time in a few months I've done that, dunno if they will cancel a second for me |

I’ve had a random guy on a bike knock on my window to give me his phone number whilst sitting in traffic many moons ago. That was quite flattering and a bit weird. |

I'd find this pretty terrifying. I'd try and avoid that car park and area in the future and possibly alert my local police on a non-emergency number in case the person tries following me home. |

A lady friend of mine would see a guy in traffic on a regular basis on her daily commute. One day he jump out of his car in the q of traffic and gave her his number. They went on a few dates. |

Not the same thing at all. If they spoke to me in person then I'd know what they looked like. And they most likely wouldn't have my car details.
It's threatening to have less information than the other person in that situation. |

Scunthorpe is a small town and it was local retail park she was on so no way she can avoid it as she uses car park when shopping and I think it would be a bit of an overkill to do so ,chances of him seeing her again is slim so think she will be safe |

I got a parking ticket one day and a note next to it saying if I would meet the note author for a drink they would pay my parking ticket. It turns out they worked in a building near me and had seen me a few times.
I agreed to meet him for a drink but not to have him pay my parking ticket I just thought the approach was interesting, and I found him attractive anyway. |

I’ve not had a note but I have had the following weird encounters...
Traffic jam I’m 18 in my old rover metro guy gets out the back of a Bentley and sits in my car...invites me to a house party etc! I just sat there shocked
M25 services walking back to my car this summer...guy had followed me knocked on the window to offer his number and offer me a ciggie (I’m not a smoker lol)
M25 traffic jam not moving guy in full military fatigues shouts at me to put my window down and WhatsApp him...
I attract the odd balls I think

No but I have left a note saying
Are you totally blind or so fat and lazy that you thought it appropriate to park on a junction meters away from a school entrance obscuring everyone view to cross and causing a village gridlock in the process.
It’d been a very bery bad day and I’d take it back and apologise a 1000 times. Or edit the note to say please consider the well-being of the kids!
