I stick to two, both firestarter brand. Sherbet lemon my fave and then pear drops. Other varieties are available. They are the two I've found to taste real rather than synthetic and chemically. |

I think 18 is the highest strength your allowed but I suppose it's habit that I buy it.
I have tried less but vapid more and I don't think Nicotine is harmful in the way we use it.
As for mod it's a £30 (ish) Curve 2. Liquid and ecig from 'Totally Wicked'. I suppose you could say budget, it's not a cloud chaser as that's something I don't want to do. I like the discreetness of it.
I'm really happy with it and have learned to avoid 'sugar' flavours. I know from cooking that sugar cooks at a high temperature and have learned that 'caramel' for eg burns my atomisers out quicker than fruity flavours.
I'm 4 years into vaping next week. One of things I'm most grateful for. |

I have tried vapeing several times and the most recent foray I'm kinda enjoying...
I went for a Black Jack flavour, I'm not that keen though. I do find though that the vaping makes me chesty? Is this to be expected.. I usually smoke roll ups. |

Did with me for 3 days, I coughed like fuck to be fair.
Don't buy cheap gear get it from an ecig shop rather than the Co - op.
You may well already do. You could try lowering your strength or turn the power down if you can. |

I did buy from a e cig shop and to be fair the guy was helpful, I isn't adjustable though... I don't think the nicotine dose is high one, I think we went for medium. I'm sure it says on bottle but I'm stuck on sofa.... It does make my chest feel tight though... But not much nicotine rush.. If that makes sense x |

If it's bugging you enough I'd go back and see the friendly chap again as I'm sure he could give you the best advice.
I've known many in your situation but have gone back to smoking as it was better for their chest. Or so they thought.
Thinking about it I don't think I've ever had a nicotine rush off these but remember them with fag after having a break and coming back to that first one. |

I mix my own. Theres 4 or 5 I kep going back to, but always check out some new flavours with each order. I'm really into NET's, so they are mainly the ones I buy regularly. I get most of my juices from bestcigliquid.
Stilll looking for a great espresso dark liquid (straight coffee, no cream, vanilla or any crap like that added) if anyones got any recommendations

The problem with must pens is they can’t be adjusted and most people will inhale like they do a cigarette and the problem with that is the vape expands in your lungs which will make you cough. It sounds silly but try no to suck so hard (on the pen) if you still get chesty maybe think about an adjustable vaping stick. |

Ok, it sounds like your nicotine may be too high. Try knocking it down. If you are 18mg, try 8. If you are using 8 try 5. You’ll vape more to get the hit but it should be smoother and easier on your chest |
