"147 calls?? Wow, they are busy. That's not good though is it? Worst it's ever been for me is 3 calls to get 5th in the queue!! "

You should suggest it. At least you kind of know how long you have to wait to get through to reception. Tbh I thought the queuing system was standard in surgeries.
