I had a bit of one this morning due to pre birthday drinks 
Woke up early drank loads of water
Ate some porridge
Had vitamins and a berocca
Relaxed
Then went to the gym 
Apart from being tired now I feel ok  |

Bet you mix your drinks .I'm never ill with gin and tonic.i would be if i mixed my drinks on night out.messy one night after drinking cocktail list with friends .Room spinning and bed with bucket but never done that again . |
