There's a new Veet for underarm and bikini.
The other so called "sensitive skin" Veet was dubbed "napalm for the genitals" but with this one I have had no negative experiences. |

Bookmarking this! I've tried everything... exfoliating the skin before shaving helps with ingrown hairs but I get horrendous shaving rash, regardless of direction of shave, using shaving foam / gel, moisturising afterwards etc.
I bought an epilator three months ago to try but the pain is so much that I can't inflict it myself (if anyone would like to do this for me please speak up!!)
And my skin is sensitive to waxing, I tend to bruise from it, which looks awful |

Shave with gentle pulls of the razor. If the hair is slightly long then lots of gentle pulls are better than one hard one.
Re-balance the acid levels with apple cider vinegar (with the mother), diluted into a spray bottle, spray onto the area and wait for a minute or two.
Wash the area with clean water.
then use a repair moisturiser like Cicaplast b5.
Do it often. |

Yep, another one here.
My skin is ok with waxing, but my therapist has moved away and I am reluctant to try anyone else as I’ve experienced a bad wax and terrible bruising |

If your bruising from waxing it because the skin it not being pulled tight enough... I would suggest hot waxing.. I use this now and it definitely feels less painful and im finding the ingrowns are a lot less (still get them though). |
