Drive a long distance for a meet? So many guys message me who are 100+ miles away and say they don't mind driving the distance! To me it seems pointless to drive all that way for sex......
Opinions? |

I'd say it depends on how well you've know the person, if it's someone who I've been speaking to for a decent period of time and I felt like there was a genuine connection I would happily drive 100+ miles |

Personally I meet for a social initially with no expectation apart from social. I wouldnt expect someone to drive tgat distance purely for a social meet. So no I wouldnt meet someone so far away |

I live so far from anywhere that 100 miles is almost a local trip.
And for the right person then the distance doesn't matter...
It's all about the girl...
After all they even allow trogladytes on Easyjet |

Oh. In that case no. I wouldn't do it nor would I meet someone willing to do that just for sex with a stranger. |

I think you'll find they won't really but will agree to anything you get chatting. I can't believe anyone would actually believe or continue chatting with someone who comes out with shit like that in a first message. |

I don't travel more than 45 mins for anyone, end of. I wouldn't let anyone travel miles to see me either 1. Because it would just be a social and 2. I think if they had travelled for miles they might be a little bit expectant for more than just a coffee. |

Not for a stranger, but I’ve travelled 300 or so miles to spend an afternoon with someone I shouldn’t be doing that with. It was great and I’d do it again! |

The chances of me going anywhere to meet anyone after a first message are 0. But then as I've said before maybe I do this wrong.
I like the man cave and it's hard to prise me out of it.
I know others have a different approach but then that's their choice and I'm not going to criticise it. Just not for me. |

I wouldn't do it off the back of one message, but then I wouldn't meet if they were down the road either after not talking.
Happy enough to travel for someone I want to meet and have been chatting to. |

I used to leave home at 4am to drive to Sennelager in Germany for a 12 noon meeting on s faitly regular basis.
I’m happy to travel, even if it’s just for a coffee. No expectations of anything else. |

I am a lorry driver so distance is no trouble for me.
I live on the road so this silly rule saying that the person got to be at the bottom of your street or else.
Well it dont work like that when you go on the www the world wide web now |

"I get men who complain if they have to come from gateshead or newcastle. A 40min journey.am in county durham."
Seems reasonable. I have travelled more than 45 minutes before, but it's rare. |

I don't see what the big deal is about driving a distance for a meet ...
Some people drive or commute 2 hours to work and then again to get home .
Most meets are outside the rush hours so less traffic on the roads
You do about a miLe a minute on a motorway so a hundred miles is 100 minutes one hour 40 minutes.
Some people take that long to go shopping .
No idea why travel is an issue especially as it's not even the traveller complaining about it |

Well as recently as last week I travelled 206 miles each way to meet up with someone who I felt we had a staggeringly strong chemistry with and so much in common with, so yes I would... lol |
