So many ads everywhere, some even started at the beginning of November, we would just prefer to keep it in December, and a hint of religious festival about it would be nice, plus just to include Brexit in this thread, remember "buy British" this Chrimbo.

Wishing it was gone ..had a bad few couple of months, lost job,depression,have a new job starting but won't be paid till after Xmas so this year rearly not looking forward to it x storm x

All the hype, ads to encourage people into debt, people buying food as though the shops shut for a month, shoppers turning into the devil when fighting for "bargains" (which really aren't ) for ONE day ...

As a child Christmas really on lasted a couple of weeks. It was magical then. I really think this has been lost starting it in November!
