I usually do Worcester Woods but in currently I muted so no running for me

Used to do Sefton Park years back but changed that to running to the lighthouse close to where I live, it’s a 5 mile round trip which I do in about 45 minutes normally.

Dudley's has been cancelled for winter whilst they install a 3G pitch at the Dell. Got to trek to Sandwell Valley.

Quite often take my dog to parkrun, keeps them quiet for the rest of the day
