My phone done a massive update Monday. Before this update I could log in and check messages etc, since this update I cannot do this it keeps telling me to check my Internet connection etc. I have got a shitty Samsung J3. Any help would be appreciated ty x |

Can you roll back the update? To a time when it did work.
I rarely update any devices or computers. If they do the job I paid for when I bought them, I don't need them updating.
Besides, 'updating' in technology terms, tends to mean 'make worse and transform into a snail paced steam powered box' |
