cider is so easy ... just press the juice and put it into a sterilised tub with and air lock ... no need to add anything at all  |

You can keep gin and spirits for a long time but the flavour definitely won’t improve after 7 years. Wines, some dark beers, whiskies etc will. |

Have a ginger plant fermenting ready to make some batches of ginger beer..
Need to remember to release the gas pressure regularly so the bottles don't explode this year..
It made quite a mess last time.  |

it's that time of year again .... I just got 10 gallons of red grape, 5 gallons of apple and 4 gallons of date, fig and apricot on the go
