You can keep gin and spirits for a long time but the flavour definitely won’t improve after 7 years. Wines, some dark beers, whiskies etc will. |

it does when fruit has been infused into the spirit though .... try it |

Have a ginger plant fermenting ready to make some batches of ginger beer..
Need to remember to release the gas pressure regularly so the bottles don't explode this year..

it's that time of year again .... I just got 10 gallons of red grape, 5 gallons of apple and 4 gallons of date, fig and apricot on the go
