dinner tonight?

im on a diet so what can i have for dinner tnite? suggestions appreciated

Steak, red wine and chocolate cake.

Then just don't weigh yourself for a few days, hey presto, problem solved.

Butterfly a chicken breast but actually cut into two thinner fillets.

Wrap each fillet in parma ham, squit with a little fresh lemon juice, and fry in a non stick pan using a little spray of oil, until cooked through.

Have with lots of steamed veg or lots of salad.

Oh and Ben and Jerry's ice cream is currently half price at the Co-Op

fish and chips then a cheese burger. then 15 cans of lagar. then a 23 hour shag to burn it off lol. or choose my diet. no eating while im asleep! works a treat lol x

i was going to suggest something similar...

chicken fillet... cut into it so you leave a slight gap.. into that gap fill with sun dried tomato paste and a few herbs.. wrap then close the fillet and wrap in panchetta.... place in george foreman grill....

then have with salad on the side

volia....

my idea will taste better than hers...
