Well the old advice of ignore and they go away doesn’t work at all anymore.
I’m currently locking horns with one of the charlatans who’ve now involved their “legal team”
Incompetent doesn’t even come close to these clowns!
Anyone else done battle with them?
I’ve no issues if they try to get a CCJ, I’ve more than enough evidence to totally dismiss their claim in court. They’re currently asking me to send them copies of my defence |

I know rules have changed in favour of these clown companies fairly recently so can't claim ignoring would work today. I have successfully ignored them in the past. Binning all attempt at contact and refusing to acknowlegde who I am to 'officials' |

I think it changed in 2015?
I’m more surprised at their incompetence to be honest, apparently never received an email from me stating why I won’t be paying, with photographs backing my argument up.

Actually private parking companies do have the right to involve high court enforcement officers who can take money or possessions in order to satisfy the claim, better talk to them sort it out and arrange something before that you could make an arrangment to pay as little as a tenner a month. |

Most of those companies are like that. Jokers, run by morons.
I had a clamping firm try to have me arrested for criminal damage after I removed a clamp. Imagine the policemans surprise when I gave him the clamp fully intact, after I'd picked the lock on the clamp open. I used to be a locksmith |

I know they do, but they first have to get the passed. Which I’m pretty confident they won’t.
I entered the carpark for a legitimate reason, it was the only safe, legal place to stop briefly whilst I sorted a safety issue with the car, hence I was only in there 15mins.
I keep receipts for everything i get for my car, fortunately I’ve got all these receipts and invoices for the work to rectify the issue of why I had to stop in the first place.
Even if they got a CCJ passed, as far as I’m aware you can pay it within 14 days and it’s like it never happened |

Have you presented this evidence to them? Also document your dealings with them, time spoken, correspondence who with. Just work on the basis of being reasonable they can be too. I know it will be pain, but remember ignoring it will only make you look more guilty, |

I haven’t ignored them, they actually tried to say I hadn’t contacted them, which I also have proof of. Hence me calling them incompetent.
I’ve specifically asked to only be contacted by letter and email so I can keep records of everything.
And not yet, Only got the letter asking for it today |

hiding from cock pics. |
There are some websites if you Google that will give you free advice on how to deal with the company. I think there is one called Pepipoo,
there is also a section, I believe, on Money-Saving Expert.
I hope that helps. |

The next step is for me to submit the evidence backing my defence for not paying, then they’ll either leave me alone or proceed with court action.
But after speaking to one of their “legal experts” on the phone. Everything is ifs, buts and maybes.
I’m more than happy to proceed with court.
I’ll be emailing them my documents, no way I’m risking them claiming they were lost in the post or not delivered! |

Recorded delivery works well, cannot claim they did not receive it |

"Best random thread EVER on a swingers' site. By some margin."
You obviously haven’t seen some of the all time greats over the years.
This isn’t a patch on some of those |
