Any guy's mainly ever had this?
I am asking mainly people who partake in sports and gym?
Swimming, cycling, running, gym work.
How long did it take to regain full strength and are you able to train as hard as previously? |

Hello, never suffered from this personally but being a personal trainer I have a little experience..
Honestly in most case people state the surgery made it worse and not better, the surgery is so intrusive and from what I hear, you will never recover fully!
I know that probably not what you want to hear

Thanks for your reply.
Tbh I can't see surgery making it any worse, some days I can barely lift my arm to get dressed as for training even ridiculously light weight makes it painful.
I can literally do no upper body work at all.
With the exception of concept 2 rowing just can't pull as hard as I would like to. |
