Wasn’t a fan of the last tapas place we went to.
Just seemed like a really pompous place that attracts people who think they’re ballers cause they spent £70 on a bottle of jägermiester
Oh and they food wasn’t great either |

Love calamari, potato bravas, prawns.
The great thing about being in London is we have some amazing Spanish Tapas restaurants.
Look forward to hearing what you are going to cook. |

Gently fried sliced chorizo with a splash of red wine at the end.
Mix together crumbly cheese-feta or Lancashire-- with finely chopped spinach or parsley and a sprinkle of dried oregano. Put dollops of this onto puff pastry circles , fold over and bake until golden.
Lots of booze for soaking up purposes! |

I’m aware I totally missed the whole point of your thread
When spiced correctly, the mixed nut dishes can be amazing, especially if roasted a bit! Almonds in particular |

I'm going to do a bit of a combo really. Not just Spanish. My list currently consists of olive tapanade bread swirls, chorizo in red wine, chicken satay.... That's as far as I've got. |
