If people/companies are too scared to say Merry Christmas, they often say "season's greetings". I found it written on a pack of cheese the other day.
But why do they only offer you "season's greetings" in winter? Why not spring or summer or autumn? |

Because as you just said, they’re actually saying Merry Christmas and that only happens in winter. |
