Sunday. Low carb cottage pie. I cooked a batch and froze a couple of portions for when I don't feel like cooking. Last night I made a veg frittata for tea but that's so quick and easy I don't consider that full on cooking.

I'm doing a carbonara tomorrow night, I'm a bit nervous about the eggs not being cooked properly to keep it sauce like and over cooking it so it scrambled

Good for you Peachy

I cook everything from scratch. I dislike ready meals. I like to know what is going in my food. I don't use much salt either.

Tonight I made chilli beef ramen, a recipe from my Wagamamas cook book. I have over 100 cook books.

Left over chilli for lunch......bloody love food.
