I always think what if, I hope it makes my future decisions the best they can be. I dont think what if on things out of my control though, makes the mind boggle and the day a little harder! |

I find it best not to dwell on things that could've been.
What ever happens happens for a reason. You'll get where you're meant to be eventually. Some just take a more a winding path |

kind of a "what if" moment when I sometumes look around and think "how did I end up here? in this country, this city, with this job and those friends?" especially when I see old school mates on fb who haven't changed one but in the last 20 years... |

Yep, all the time.
Keep thinking now, what if I hadn’t said this or done that would things be different (relationship wise)
And I think what if I had rung my Mum the day she died would I have got her to the hospital |

I wanted to go in the Air Force from age 5 to 45 but fate was determined it wasn't going to happen |

I don't wink
But I did the other day as I noticed someone that kept looking at my profile
So I thought what if I wink at him
That didn't flipping work ...so I just sent him a message instead |

The 'what if' question teemed with 'why' has nearly driven me insane.
I fell seriously ill a couple of years back. My illness will kill me (just when - God and I are in discussion!). There is no cure. It's extremely rare and no one knows really what causes it, although a huge suspicion is it's a combination of genetics and environmental factors.
I spent many, many months with the 'what if' question. Also, when feeling sorry for myself 'why me'. What's the point. Totally destructive.
So here are my what ifs. What if we look to the future and don't dwell on the past? Forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. |

There and to the left a bit |
We all have those sliding doors moments in life that we later think "What if..." or "If only..." about - I know I have plenty, and also know I'm one of the world's worst for dwelling on them sometimes BUT they are what led us to be where we are today and there's nothing we can do to change them other than learning from the experience and maybe trying to apply the "What if?" before the event rather than after it at times |

I just couldn't get my head round that they wanted me to sign up for nine years straight from the off, over half the amount of time I'd been on the planet!
