Am away with work tonight so staying in a hotel and booked a hotel car to travel down. Usually plain sailing and what not but not today!
Got a call from the hire car company asking if it was OK to deliver it 2 hours later. Not an issue, I book it earlier than I need to just in case something happens. Got to the new delivery time.....no car! Turn up an hour later after numerous calls to check on it.
Then kept stalling the thing as it's manual and I have gotten used to driving my new automatic car over the last few weeks!
Get to the hotel, check in and head to my room only to find it hadn't been cleaned! Bed not made, dirty towels in the bath and everything.
Heading to the bar for a nice calming drink but knowing me I'll get a dirty glass and flat cider  |
