Zopiclone . Seriously it’s the only thing that gives me a great night sleep, I was prescribed it after bereavement but I do still have some for when it’s really bad.

White noise is great too - I have a air purifier and putting that on helps me sleep

Not prying but if you drink stop, my sleep improved no end after a couple of weeks doing so.

Have a couple of cups of chamomile tea before going up to bed, have a pee and have a nice wank into tissue you've already brought into bed so don't need to get up.

I had a repeat of Blue Planet on and it worked a treat, after 40 mins of Miss Wilkes suggestion.

I didn't realise it was a yoga technique but it's helped me a few times when I've found myself staring into the black...clearing your mind is the hardest part.
