Anyone that has seen the movie what did you think of it ?
As a Zack Snyder fan and Man of Steel and Batman v Superman fan
I thought this movie was ok at best but was very let down at the amount of scenes cut and scenes from the trailers cut and the lighter tone and the amount of shit jokes that Joss Wheaton has added
Then the score Danny Elfman's score piss poor it did not fit the movie Han's Zimmer and Junkie LX score should have been kept
WB shafted Zack Snyders vision
No wonder there is a petition up calling for Zack Snyders directors cut to be released
I have been a fan of the DCEU and thought yes we are getting a dark take and looked like they were going down the new gods way but no no WB changed it through fear at people wanting a shitty Marvel light tone and jokes
Now if you like that stuff thats cool and Marvel movies are for you but why should it be forced on the DC movies let them do their own thing
They fucked up big time where they may have just lost a fan of where they were going in this DCEU
The Superman return seen was shit they way they brought him back but once he did return hell yes evil Superman beating the shit of the other members of the League

That was Warner Brothers saying it can't go over 2 hours. They would have had 4 hours of footage with Zack, even before all the reshoots.

Yeah i know WB mandated it to be under 2 hours which makes no sense. WB have Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings all those movies over 2 and a half hours +
Yes i fully accept some people didnt like BvS thats cool but alot of people did like the dark tone and where they were going it didnt need a light tone or all these shitty jokes and colours popping
Joss Wheaton's reshoots were pish you can clearly tell where he was went in and made jokes
One example of a pish joke is the scene in the tunnel where the Flash fall onto Wonder Woman and face on her boobs why was that needed ? Oh wait to make people laugh get that shit to fuck

Don't think Zack will be involved much more, maybe producer credits. It's gonna be Geoff Johns vision now and with Flashpoint I don't know how they're gonna retcon stuff.
Joss was supposed to be Batgirl director, but events outside his work not sure if he's still in and certainly wasn't popular because of it.
With Justice League there's a feeling like they had to make cos of what WB promised so JL 2 is right at the back of the list |

Yeah sadly i think your right with Zack. Its really sad he didnt get to finish off what he started my heart goes out to him losing his daughter.
Yeah i really have no idea how they will do Flashpoint now after seening this version of JL.
If things are true with Joss private life yeah i can see problems with him not director Batgirl but then again i never wanted him as i know he will spin his ligh tone and jokes and not show Barbara Gordon and the joker paralyzing her |

Yeah thank fuck for the WB insider leaking this. WB are going to look like fannies if they dont release a Zack Snyder cut
My first thought is why is the Flash scene saving Iris West deleted and the Martha and Lois scene where they are talking about being thirsty was kept in the movie
I had a wee quick look at the box office $325-340M global opening for Justice League. They got a $281.5M opening someone is getting sacked in the morning lol
With Thanksgiving coming up next week in America WB will be hoping anf praying for a small drop off but i can see 50 to 60% drop and that wont be good for them |

Have you saw the 3 hour ulimate edition of Batman v Superman ?
The Batman V Superman cut in the cinema's was shit i will be honest there as there was alot of missing scenes like the Africa scene that was cut then the court room scene was cut
watch both cuts of the Batman V Superman movie and the scene in the court room where you see Lex is not there and then in the 3 hour cut it makes sense the reason why Superman didnt save people is because he couldnt see the bomb under the wheelchair even i was sitting in the cinema with that movie thinking WTF but when i got the dvd i was like ah right thats why Superman didnt save people.
This movie needs the true form of Zack's vision to be seen now rumors are going about saying its near 3 hours long which means if true they have cut an hour off the Justice League movie as a fan i feel cheated i didnt get to see the directors true vision of his work
It is a good film dont get me wrong but you can tell there has been alot of scenes cut and Joss adding in his light tone and jokes which i dont think were needed |

Its Joss and his horrible dialogue WB and the rushing of this movie(bad cgi reshoots and scenes cut out) and the bland score from Elfman thats makes this movie ok at best but not a great movie

I suspect Justice League was never going to win over people who disliked Batman vs. Superman.
All the cutting reshoots only alienated the audiences that did respond to the earlier films.
The edit sold out an established audience for one that would never show up. |
