I talk to anyone and everyone on a night out, so I'd not be worried about chatting to someone I found attractive. I don't go out to pull though, so I've never asked anyone for their number.
I assume they would be after sex that night anyway, which isn't what I would want.

I am good at dancing. I am a chatterbox too. My looks are average, so I compensate with everything else!
I think it's about 'landing the deal', if so to say. To figure out if they are available, available tonight, and have the opportunity to go home to their place (or mine). |

Here I'm quite naive too.
Because when I ask my work colleagues the all seem to have met their significant other when they were 'on the piss'. And I don't drink alcohol. So, I have sometimes thought that worked against me. Out of the assumption that being sober people might not think I am as easy to pull as I really am. |

Oh I miss those days of being a youngster 
Lugging your entire wardrobe over to your mates house where you'd carefully choose outfits to either match or complement each other. Then the hair and make up.
Going out looking like the bomb (lol right, big hair and tight clothes. Well it was the 80's)
Then walking in, scanning the room for your prey. Get a drink, scan the room make eye contact. Half smile, look away. If he keeps looking then increase the flirtatious looking.
Our cue at that point would be to get up and dance. If a guy is interested he'd dance with you lol.

Theres the theory for a guy approaching the 2nd best looking girl in the group as they are probably sick of seeing guys walk up and just talk to their stunning friend and will welcome someone coming over for her. In my youth it was always at the bar while waiting to be served generally could strike up a conversation, offer to buy their drink and take it from there. |

I'm not being funny or anything but me and friends, other than getting dressed up etc, have to put in zero effort into pulling in a bar/pub/club.
It's been mentioned here earlier but all we have to do it wait at the bar and we get guys coming up to us. So, we don't really have to try. One of the perks of being a woman.
I've been on nights out with single guy friends and see how many times they get rejected, some brush it off but for others it can be a little difficult to get the courage to speak to strangers so I feel for them a little.
If I like a guy/group of guys, I'll just go over and ask to join in their conversation. Have a quick scan if I can see any wedding rings then just start chatting, it's pretty easy.
I don't get all this, I give them a smile from across the bar or meet their eye and look away crap. Just go over and have a chat if you like them.
Not enough women take the first step. Friends have said they feel awkward making the first move but then take the piss out of guys that make the first move

Ive found its easier to pull in pub than it is on here. Think first thing is eye contact. If someones intrested there will be a lot. Then i normally just introduce myself and ask if i can buy them a drink. |

I've been on nights out with single guy friends and see how many times they get rejected, some brush it off but for others it can be a little difficult to get the courage to speak to strangers so I feel for them a little.
If I like a guy/group of guys, I'll just go over and ask to join in their conversation. Have a quick scan if I can see any wedding rings then just start chatting, it's pretty easy.
I don't get all this, I give them a smile from across the bar or meet their eye and look away crap. Just go over and have a chat if you like them.
Not enough women take the first step. Friends have said they feel awkward making the first move but then take the piss out of guys that make the first move
If you like someone, just go over and say hi.
I wonder who would get more attention in a pub. A 28 year old athletic woman or a 46 year old ample woman. "

It's been mentioned here earlier but all we have to do it wait at the bar and we get guys coming up to us. So, we don't really have to try. One of the perks of being a woman.

Oh yeah, I've got no choice but too! Others have said women need to give eye contact, smile etc, I wouldn't notice that as flirting, so I have to do the approaching. |

I was out with work colleagues and the older ladies such as myself got chatted up more than the younger .I think dressed nice and look confident goes along way on pulling on a night out .

The last guy I pulled on a night out was not long after my 31st birthday in 2014 (fuck that how long ago I went out!!) I saw him out with a few guys then saw him getting served at the busy bar and asked if to get me a strawberry&slime kopperberg if I gave him the money. He said give me your number and I'll buy it for you so he did and I did.
Asked him to come outside to the seated smoking area and sat on his lap cos the bench was cold, wiggles my bum into his groin to feel for some potential and had a bit of a snog and met him the following Thursday and fucked him. He's asked if I knew anyone that wanted to buy any chuihaha (can't spell) puppies as his mums dog just had some. He left the Friday morning and I messaged him saying my friend would come and view them, (wanted an excuse to see him again)we went down, she had a look and said if her boyfriend would let her have one she'd buy it.
He messaged me again that night and we dated for about 5 months till he went away with work. I shagged him again last year cos I was at a loose end!
