I will shortly be having 4 toasted crumpets and a mug of tea.

I have a midday meet with mates in a pub next to Euston station before going to Watford to see the Unhappy Hammers so I need to bulk up on stodgy stuff

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with spinach here but think I need some toast for it to go on so will nip down the farm shop when it opens.

Or they do a smashing full English so might just stop down there lol

I had breakfast at 4.45 am, porridge, decaf coffee and toast.

Will have a 2nd breakfast later on, probably toast with scrambled egg and mushrooms and decaf coffee.
