Open new and old folder and drag the items xxx Thats how I do it anyway. |

you will not have deleted it, will probably be moved into another folder,
search for the file by clicking on the window logo and type the name of the file in the search box |

When i drag & drop it usually goes horribly wrong, they tend to slip into an ajacent folder either above or below the intended one, so try those first, i too find copy/paste the best, as i have wireless mouse with a mind of its own. |
