I have learnt so much from FAB it’s really taught me a lot about men and myself.
However.... I’ve seen a lot of stuff I probably wouldn’t have. I wonder if it’s made me more cynical?
I pulled tonight when out with my bestie in the vanilla world! a great guy so much fun, my confidence was soaring thanks partly to FAB. However in the back of my mind I kept thinking is he genuine or a guy out drinking with the lads. Images of that news clip about the pig thing and the girl going to meet that guy. Or just boys being boys.
Now those cynics of you will look at my profile and say she hasnt got any pics and she’s bbw what does she expect?! Well I don’t have pics at the mo for a reason. And I do know although big I have a pretty face, I may not be for everyone as I’m a black, bbw and not going to take any shit but I’m genuinely interested to know thoughts...
Are you more enlightened or tainted? Am I overthinking. |

I think Ive actually gone the other way. Ive found more confidence in how I look and how others see me.
Id be more likely to have those thoughts before joining fab.
Im not meaning to cause offense but its maybe a generational thing? The stories youre hearing on fab are those which have been more available to me through social media so Ive come to fab with those reservations and been shown that I am attractive despite what I see in the media. |

You’ve missed the point completely! It’s not one random rim on about it’s the way men objectify and treat women. So the new phase is this cruel pig thing. In my day (young days) the guys would dare each other to do something they wouldn’t normally do |

I think you're over thinking.
The pig thing is pretty horrible but I don't know how common it is. When I was younger immature guys would have "grab a granny" competitions so its nothing new but the lack of internet meant if it happened to you nobody really knew about it.
You say your confidence has soared but what made you think this guy might not be interested in you just for you? |

I guess. I just kept thinking played he may have been lovely I don’t know but I felt he was evasive interested in me but wouldn’t reciprocate info. If he really wanted to contact me now he could through linked in lol but I don’t think he will |
