fabbing pictures

Hi all can anyone help with this small oddity! Sometimes while i am browsing profiles I may come across a particular artsy or fine looking photo and I wish to fab it only to find it has no way for myself to show my appreciation .why Is this ??????

You can choose if you want your pics fabbed or not.
